ABOUT CONCRETE



Concrete is made up of a mixed of materials which are cement, aggregate and water. Generally, aggregate is classified into fine aggregate and course aggregate. Course aggregate, for the example are limestone, granite and sandstone. Fine aggregate is sand. To produced the concrete, different proportions of aggregate, cement and water are being measured and mixed. Different materials creates a varied properties for concrete and thus reinforce the settlement. Initially, to produce concrete, aggregate is mixed with cement and being mingle to achieve a balance mixture. After that, water is added to shaped the mixture. This is due to the hydration, water can harden and reinforced the mixture into hard-strength concrete.
